This is my first novel. A Tryst of Faith is about a religious organization in its prime led by newly appointed CEO, Garrett. It is well-supported; a household name; with many willing volunteers helping it reach its goals. Garrett and his secretary, Elaine, develop a secret romantic relationship. Elaine's housemates are uneasy and conflicted with the situation playing out in front of their home every evening after dusk. Elaine's boyfriend, Ricky, is unceremoniously squeezed out of the picture. When the main housemate, Alicia, intervenes, Elaine and Garrett hatch a plan to destroy Alicia's reputation, which includes confronting Alicia in a hostile takeover bid of the house. This is a fiction, but based on real events.
