Back on September 13, 2007, I received a telephone call from Atlanta, GA, a mother's worst nightmare, that my son, Ernest Johnson, was in critical condition. I rushed to Atlanta at approximately 5 a.m. to be there with him. Ernest was near death at the time, had suffered a stroke from sepsis shock from a peritoneal dialysis infection kindney transplant since) was placed in a medically induced coma for approximately a month, transfered to a nursing home and discharged. After searching for a nursing home in Detroit and with no trust in one taking care of my son, I decided I would care for my son myself. I have been doing so since 2008. I have now fallen behind in my bills due to the fact of taking care of him with additional bills & expenses coming in and I don't want to lose our home because of this and due to his on-going disabilities (short term memory loss, blind in one eye, & tunnel vision in one eye death in one ear) from his previous & present condition, I am requesting monies to help save our home and to file backruptcy to help eliminate my debt. I pray that someone will help because I want him to be able to stay in this home after I am gone as he cannot work due to memory problems from brain injury from the stroke,. Thanks be to GOD that he is now better, I pray for your assistance. GOD Bless and thank you for the opportunity for helping so that I can later pay this forward. Thank you and may GOD Bless!!!!!
