It is with a humble spirit and a heavy heart that I reach out to you for
help. I am a mom of 4 children, residing in Portland, Oregon. Like so many
families across the country, and the world, my family is deeply struggling
financially right now. After much work and perseverance, I have been able
to secure a job that will meet my family's basic needs, but we may lose our
home before that job (which is dependent on our home) starts. In an effort
to help my children maintain stability, I have created a "gofundme"
campaign, and reached out to my community. I have already attempted to get
assistance from211 and other government agencies and feel scared and out of
options.

Please take a minute to read my campaign below, which includes a more
detailed explanation of what has happened and what our needs are. I am
happy to answer any additional questions or meet in person to assure you
that I am a real, legitimate, hardworking mama trying to provide for her
family. MY partner and I are also very willing to work off any assistance
provided. I have a lot of office experience and my partner is a web
designer and computer repair guy. We are also available for manual labor,
childcare for services, and various other tasks. If donating via
gofundme.com is uncomfortable for you, payments can be made directly to our
landlord.

Any help you can provide, or any way in which you can share our need with
anyone who may be able to help, is most appreciate. ANY help is amazing,
even $10. Every little bit adds up. I do realize that many are struggling,
and that funds are limited, but I figured if 300 people (a small number in the grand scheme of things) could give up one trip to the coffee shop/ nail salon/ movies, my family could stay afloat until I start working. For my
children's sake, I had to at least try to exhaust every possible option.
