My grandmother has recently passed away. I took care of her until her health declined to a point it became too much for me. She had intended to leave her home, land, and car to me. Unfortunately, she was in a nursing home and didn't get everything out of her name in time, so at some point in the future, (I'm unsure how soon) the nursing home will be claiming the property to cover the medical cost unless it can be paid off. I’m currently living in the home now...
Please share and help if possible. I'm on my own mostly with this and don't know what else to do.
