By offering to create T-shirts (and some other items) as campaign rewards, they have made fundraising fun, easy and best of all FREE for your club, school or other cause.
The crowdfunding campaign creation tool is amongst the easiest we have found. If you have the T-Shirt concept and graphics already created, your crowdfunding fundraiser can be up and running in literally 5 minutes.
Booster also offers donation based campaigns on their crowdfunding site with a fairly competitive 6% fee but we believe that the T-shirt reward option is the way to go. After all, people will do anything for a cool custom Tee. If you don’t believe us visit a college bar when a liquor company is giving away free t-shirts.
Like most crowdfunding sites, once you create your campaign, it is your responsibility to share it. Social Media tools are a built in feature at Booster and makes social sharing of your crowdfunding campaign no problem at all.
The minimum order for a campaign to fund is around 20 tshirts and are backed by CustomInks “money back guarantee”. Probably our favorite feature of Booster is that through CustomInk they actually offer customer service via phone. They are probably the only crowdfunding site that enables you to make contact over the telephone. Good Luck trying to reach someone on the phone from Indiegogo or Kickstarter (believe me, we’ve tried).

Are you kidding? They take more than half the profits!
I was in a rush, but had I looked into this a bit further I would have chosen another option to be honest. Yes it’s easy and the shirt looks nice BUT I didn’t come close to my goal, or really a print minimum (only sold 12) but they were printed and shipped anyway.
My issue is out of $252 approx, my check was for $77! Booster took more than half. I could deal with maybe 30% tops but over 50% is a bit sad especially for a company trying to help causes and events.
