I am ReAnna, a single mother of 3 children, I have recently moved to North Carolina about 4 months ago and had a baby 3 weeks ago. Like most unfortunate families I have been to Human Resource and signed up all the help they had to offer. But recently after not hearing anything I spoke with a case worker who was little to no help telling me "funds in North Carolina are very limited and it can take up to years to get food share, medical, childcare or even job search assistance" I was stunned to hear it was a waiting list but had no choice but to be added to the waiting list and for now pray and hope that I hear something soon. I am trying to raise at least $700 to be able to keep a roof over my family's head and a sandwich or 2 on the table for my kids. Will you help us??
