My name is Karley Greer. I am the founder of ID Concierge. ID Concierge started as a home based business back in 2009 and grew to one location downtown Oakland. I selected Oakland because I was raised there and always wanted to have a business in the community in which I grew up. After two years in the location business was growing, as was business in the downtown area.

As a result of the growth, the values in the areas began to rise as did the rent. The possibility of paying just shy of double the current rate and still being able to offer affordable prices to small businesses was null. Needless to say, a move was a must.

It has been quite the task finding a location that was conveniently located, comfortable for my clients with low overhead. Especially with the news of Uber coming to town. Despite the challenges, I have found a new location with the opportunity for a long term lease at a reasonable rate but need additional capital to cover moving expenses, equipment and set up. The location is a small storefront conveniently located yards from our old location.

I am happy to see the city grow and the opportunities multiply but I would also like to be a part of the growth.
